if more people carried guns legally (like this guy at a recent obama protest) than there world be less illegal gun violence happening to bystanders....for one reason there would be less bystanders, they would be armed citizens.

I agree with MJ. Guns are scary and intimidating, babe. Water pistols are fun and could possibly result in people taking off their clothes! I'd rather see more naked people at rallies like this one.

Plus, my thought was more general (less about this pic--I read the news item and am still a bit confused) and on the face of it they are rather impractical.
However, I still stand for our 2nd Amendment rights, and that is most definitely unpopular where I come from.

I like guns. I like people with guns. Bystanders should have guns. participants should always be armed. hot dog vendors, anglican priests, professional dog groomers, give them all a firearm.
