ENTER FUNNY TITLE HERE.

question: what do you do when your neighbors dog is now responsible for over a thousand dollars worth of vet bills to your animals and you can not prove it with out a shadow of a doubt...

I'm fucking sick of this shit...

I'm gonna wear this husky/wolf as a goddamn bathrobe!!!

if i catch this alpha dog on my property again I'm gonna stuff its balls in their mailbox...

ugh I'm armed and I'm fucking pissed right the fuck off...

this happened to us last year..

our neighbor has a male dog that roams the neighborhood and isn't fixed and isn't friendly. our property isn't fenced but, we let our dogs out on runners. it approached my male bulldog who is 100 lbs and very property protective. it launched an attack on my dog who is rather slow and chained up so i went out there to get him away and this fucker launched himself at me. he got my arm.
i was able to get him off of me by jamming my arm to the back of his throat. when he went after the dog again, i swung a bat at him and he took off.. (couldn't prove it was him) my dog was fine but, i needed some stitches.. i called animal control to file a complaint and was told without proof, they could only tell the people to keep him contained to their property.. (which they did many times)there were even similar complaints make againt this same dog from other neighbors.
i happened to mention this to a friend of mine who knew someone at animal control. she passed along my number to him.. when he came out to see me, i told him everything that happened and he said if the dog is on my property and threatning anyway tward man/child/animal, the dog can be killed and you cannot be held liable because it was a threat..
the next time it came in the yard, my kids were playing on the swings and my husband went out and shot it and delivered it back to the neighbors. they tried to sue us but, they couldn't because they had to manmy warnings from animal control to keep the dog on their property..

sorry such a long story but, my advice, complain to animal control and let them do the job that our hard earned taxpaying money pays them to do.. make sure you get a copy of the complaint every time it happens.. make sure they talk to the neighbor about this aggressive dog and keeping it on their own property.. and ask animal control what your rights are if it comes on your property after your animals again, or god forbid your children.. ask if you can kill it and not be held liable.. just keep in mind, your going to create a war with the neighbor.. mine fucking hate us now but, i don't really care as long as my kids are safe and pets are safe.

A pitbull from next door at our place in the woods wandered onto our property and viciously attacked our old dog. We could only get her (the p.b.) off with a 2x4, and if I'd had a gun handy, I absolutely would have killed that dog. In a milisecond. I mean I wouldn't have thought twice. I'm still freaking out about it, and my own damn dog is dead and gone.

Definitely needs to become a bath robe. Nobody and nothing threatens my baby (though this lil 6 pound fuck head thinks she's a mastiff).

Best of luck bro, that's majorly frustrating.
