STRESS IS BUILDING

I stole this pic from my cousins blog, i loved it!!
this weekend was a nice one, although i feel the stress building at home... cheese has her final classes before the nursing program begins and is is frustrated at times... my sinus is fucking cracked out at night and has been making me snore something fierce. i wake myself up and at times i wake up with cheese shaking my head back and forth. i don't think any of this is helping. i wake up with a pounding sinus ache and it continues until i snorkel it all out, which means I'm gagging and coughing and choking for the first twenty minutes of the day.. gnarly.
anyway, we spent Saturday in the garden and splitting more wood, stacking wood and building another raised garden bed. we have go-fers up on the property, so anything we don't want to disappear we have to put chicken wire underneath and raise it up. Sunday we hung out and did some more chores before we headed to a buddys house for a fish fry. we ate just before we left and got there to full to eat much. the girls hung around and ended up watching some shit cartoon that buddy had put on for the other kids...
headed home and watched part of "cash back". passed out, which did not impress the cheese. been doing that recently and I'm sure that's part of our stress. so no drinking for me tonight, see if i cant stay up past nine o'clock.
yesterday i didn't make it to work because of our water problems. we have a solar powered water pump that takes water from the creek and pumps it up about seven or eight hundred feet or so at about eight gallons a minute. since all the rain and wind we have had over the last couple of weeks there has been a lot of damage down at the pump station. the suction pipe and collection box had had been torn out of its spring box and flushed down the creek. the "dams" i had built were washed away and instead of the summer trickle of water was now a gushing river!
this computer is not set up with bluetooth or I'd have pics!
fixed the water on my second attempt and hiked back up to the tank to make sure water was flowing in... low and behold there are some floaters in there! always a pleasant thought when you have been showering AND DRINKING THE RODENT LACED WATER. anyways...
the landlord is up on property today and all by himself. always worries me. not that i have anything to hide mind you. (took care of all that.) but there is something unnerving about the landlord roaming around the property...
Ive got a helper today and need to go to town this afternoon. thanks to all who checked in this weekend and hope things are good with all of you!!! wish me luck.

IS A GOPHER THE SAME THING AS A MOLE?
IS A GOPHER THE SAME THING AS A WOODCHUCK?

ARE THEY ALL DIFFERENT WORDS FOR THE SAME ANIMAL....or different names for different animals who just dig shit up similarly????? because i have MOLES.

A solar pump that pumps 8 or 9 gallons a minute? That is pretty good pumping for that distance.

I'm not sure that the county water system here can deliver that much that fast, maybe I should do a test.

Actually, a mole is different than a gopher. Moles eat insects and worms and bugs and stuff. Gophers eat plants. Moles are really not that bad, just sort of funny looking and they do make a bit of a mess in the dirt. Gophers are little shits and they'll eat all your yummy garden goods and your pretty plants.
I know this because I'm a gardening fool and have no life....
I'd better see if I can talk the voices into taking me out dancing before I really start to go crazy.
