IN UTAH!?!? how are there any mentaly competent people there in the first place? i know its not a perfect solution, but its some kind of start.
HAH! I love the quote from the girl who wanted "trained professionals" to be the only ones with weapons! I doubt that's what the framers had in mind there girly...in fact, that's the sort of thinking that made them write the 2nd amendment...!!!
